Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Verified Flag Football or associated platform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Program Accounts

  • Account Authority: Users creating an account on behalf of an educational institution, athletic department, club, or organization represent that they have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription & Complimentary Access Terms

  • 2026–2027 Charter Access: Complimentary access offered for the 2026–2027 season grants accredited programs full license access without software fees, subject to compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Co-Design Promotion: Offers involving multi-year complimentary access in exchange for input calls or feedback are subject to program availability and completion of agreed onboarding requirements.
  • Future Billing: Any transition from complimentary access to paid plans in subsequent seasons will require explicit opt-in and agreement to pricing terms prior to charging any fees.

4. User Content & Roster Data

  • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the student-athlete data, team rosters, notes, and athletic records (“User Content”) uploaded to the platform.
  • License to Host: You grant Verified Flag Football and Vantagelytics, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, store, and process User Content solely to operate, support, and provide platform features to you and your authorized users.
  • Compliance & Permissions: You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from student-athletes, guardians (where applicable), and educational institutions before uploading personal or athletic data to the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity, institution, or coaching role.
  • Upload false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful athlete or program information.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract contact or recruiting data without explicit permission.
  • Use the platform to send unauthorized commercial communications or spam.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, platform architecture, designs, software, trademarks, and documentation related to Verified Flag Football and Verified Sports are the exclusive property of Vantagelytics, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any platform intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Vantagelytics, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding platform uptime, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular athletic recruiting outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vantagelytics, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

9. Modifications & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms or platform features at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Vantagelytics, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
